Prices depend on the vehicle and its condition. A quote given before we see the vehicle is an estimate; if the work needed turns out to be different we will tell you before carrying on, not after.
Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel an appointment, so the slot can go to somebody else.
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for items left inside it.
Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle; it cannot undo every defect. Deep scratches, worn clear coat, torn upholstery, permanent staining and existing mechanical faults are outside what cleaning and polishing can fix. We will tell you honestly what we expect to achieve before we start.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
